Well, Pete and I worked our butts off yesterday (if only that were literal!) and you'll enjoy a whole new store this week when you're shopping LSS! We have set up a furniture area on our main floor with some fantastic furniture pieces priced just right!
Upstairs in the loft, we've set up a gigantic clearance room of furniture and decor at 50% off the LOWEST price! You'll also find racks of women's, children's and maternity fashions at just a loonie or a toonie!
We've held over some of our boxing day specials including purses, parkhurst hats and coats, consigned winter coats, and there's markdown's on every rack.

Breaking news at Little Kids Specialty Shop!

You asked for it ladies! We know that it would be easier for you to only have ONE stop to make so the big girls at LSS have agreed to move us over! Your 2 favourite shops in the same location! What could be better?

We will continue taking winter things at our current location until December 15th, 2009. Our clearance sale will run from December 28th - January 9th, 2010. We will be closed for the remainder of the month of January but will re-open February 1st at 14 Main St West (across from the movie theatre) You'll see the same friendly faces, great selection of new and consigned products, great prices, a comfortable play area and all of the things you've grown to love about us. Please consign your SPRING items from January 15-February 1st at the Main St location so that we can re-open FULL !

Changes are coming to LKSS

We're making some changes at Little Kids Specialty Shop!

Please note that our hours are changing at LKSS.
Beginning immediately, we will be open from Monday to Friday from 10am-5pm and Saturdays from 10am-3pm. Private shopping parties can be arranged after hours for groups of 10 or more with the hostess receiving 10% of sales to spend in store credit. Book yours today!


CWL fundraiser
Tuesday, November 24th 6-9pm

This Tuesday night, both shops will be open until 9pm for our annual CWL fundraiser. $5 admits you and a friend to both shops. Refreshments will be served , we'll have door prizes, specials, and a portion of sales will be donated back to our local CWL.

CWL fundraiser at LKSS and LSS

Join us in support of our local Catholic Women's League this coming Tuesday, November 24th. Your $5 ticket admits you and a friend. Tickets can be purchased from several CWL members, at LSS or at the door. BOTH shops will be open and a percentage of sales that night will be donated to the CWL. Letter to a Soldier

As Remembrance Day approaches, I'm thinking of all of the men and women working for peace around the globe.

My newest staff member Michelle is part of an international organization that delivers letters to these soldiers.

If your child (or you) would like to write a letter or draw a picture for a soldier, please bring it to LKSS and we'll make sure it gets delivered. Let's fill a box with letters from home for those serving our country.

*There's no need to put a return address so you need not worry about anyone contacting your child afterwards*

Heads up! This is your reminder of the Professional Women's Luncheon this week at Little Specialty Shop. Join us this Thursday, October 22nd, from 11am-2pm. The staff of Little Specialty Shop is all fired up to bring you a children's store with pizazz! We will be consigning quality children's clothing from infants to size 10 and maternity fashions. We will also carry DVD kids movies, quality books, perfect baby equipment, select toys, NEW infant products, gift ideas and more!
